“Marketplace” – refers to Kidz Online, operated via Dokan.

“Vendor” / “Seller” – individuals or businesses listing and selling products on Kidz Online.

“Customer” / “Buyer” – individuals purchasing products from Vendors on Kidz Online.

“We/Us/Our” – refers to the operators of Kidz Online.

At Kidz Online, your shopping experience is safe and secure:

• Secure Payments – Your payment is held safely until your order arrives.
• Guaranteed as Described – If the item doesn’t match the description, you’re covered.
• Nationwide Delivery – Multiple shipping options available across South Africa.

Selling on Kidz Online is simple and rewarding:

• Free Listings – Post school uniforms, sports gear, toys, or books without listing fees.
• Keep Your Sale Price – You receive 100% of your sale price (minus the Buyer Protection fee).
• Targeted Marketplace – Reach parents actively looking for affordable kids’ essentials.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Kidz Online.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension.

Vendors must comply with all applicable South African laws.

Products must be safe, legal, and accurately described.

Vendors are responsible for handling shipping, returns, and customer support.

Buyers must provide accurate shipping and payment details.

Buyers agree to use valid and authorized payment methods.

Buyers must respect each Vendor’s shipping and return policy.

All payments are processed securely via our chosen gateway(s).

A small Buyer Protection fee applies to safeguard transactions.

Vendors will receive payouts according to Kidz Online’s payment schedule.

Vendors are responsible for dispatching orders on time.

Delivery costs, methods, and timelines are determined by each Vendor.

Issues such as delays or damages should be resolved directly between Buyer and Vendor.

Each Vendor sets their own refund/return policy, in line with South African consumer laws.

Buyers should contact the Vendor directly for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Kidz Online may step in to mediate disputes if necessary.

You agree not to:

• Sell counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
• Provide false or misleading product information.
• Use fraudulent accounts or payment methods.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse Kidz Online’s platform.

Kidz Online acts only as a platform connecting Buyers and Sellers.

We are not directly responsible for product quality, delivery, or disputes.

All transactions are conducted at the user’s own risk.

All Kidz Online branding, logos, and site content belong to Kidz Online.

Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant Kidz Online a license to display it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may close their accounts at any time, provided no active transactions exist.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Kidz Online may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace means you accept the updated Terms.
